Baby shoe orders within Australia are usually sent out the next day and take 1-4 business days to arrive. International baby shoe orders are sent out every Tuesday and usually take 10 to 14 business days to arrive.

If you are in a hurry, express post is available within Australia for $15.

All Baby shoe orders within Australia are sent using the courier company ‘Sendle’, you will receive an email once your order has been shipped.

Please contact us, if your order is taking longer then expected and we will provide you with the tracking number.

International baby shoe orders are also sent using the courier company ‘Sendle’ (tracking included) and usually take about 10 working days to arrive, but can in some circumstances take up to 3 weeks, depending on the country.

Please make sure you are aware of import restrictions in your country.

For our women HEIDI’s, please allow a turnaround time of 2-3 weeks, as the shoes are custom made in Bali and sent directly from there. We will send you an email once the shoes are on their way.

If you order a women’s and baby pair, they will usually be sent out together, unless you let us know if you need the baby pair earlier.
