We are happy to exchange children’s shoes, if you need a different size (as long as they are in stock) and you return them within 14 days of purchase and they are unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.

A postage cost of $10 will be charged to the customer. Please send us an email before returning any items on heidis@allaboutheidi.com.au

Unfortunately we can’t exchange our mummy shoes, as they are custom made when ordered, so please choose your size and colour carefully.

We don’t offer a return policy on change of mind, but if an item is faulty, or damaged when you receive it, we will definitely refund you the cost, or send out a new item, please let us know within 14 days of purchase.
